Methods to uptake change (or not)
In Blog on October 24, 2010 at 3:48 am1. Community/entity/whatever decides change is needed, paves road for change, and change is welcome. (ideal scenario)
2. Community/entity/whatever decides change is not needed, resists change, and change eventually forces its way in at some critical point. (bitter people)
3. Community/entity/whatever decides change is not needed, resists change, and change is never even an option. (elimination, devastation, and/or destruction of community/entity/whatever)
Change and adaptation could be used interchangeably above. Indeed, the only permanent thing is change itself. Embrace it.
